Ok so its kinda late but on Thursday I went to New York with Mai, Leo, and Phana..friends of mine from my high school...Well..I meet Phana in elementary....but whateves
So yeah it was fun...I didn't have much money because I thought I was going to go sight seeing with my friend Leo but instead we went following the girls shopping. I got myself a bottle...or...rather like a small jar of Gatsby Moving Rubber hair wax. It was highly recommended by alot of my friends so I thought I would get it. I got the black one because Phana recommended it for my type of hair. I think that I am going to get the pink one next time we go up there. Apperently they go about every 2 or 3 months..so...yeah.
It was fun! We started in Chinatown and there was alot of really cool stuff there. We actually looked for Gatsby in a few shops and all but one was in Chinatown. We didn't find the black one but we found one shop that had some...so next time! Chinatown had a few stores that caught my eye. They had a bunch of fake me out toys but they had some really cool anime merchandise. And a bunch of clothes that I would wear. They had this one ninja shirt I wanted but I didn't have enough money.
Next we shopped on Broadway where we spent most of the day. Or rather they did. A bunch of stores that had some cool clothes, stuff that I hadn't seen before so I think maybe next time I will do some shopping as well. One thing, I am really into Asian girls mostly because I grew up with Asian people but come on! They are hot, atleast hotter than most girls down her in Virginia! Anyways, there were some hot/cute/pretty looking Asian girls in Chinatown and when we left I told Leo "aww no more asian girls..=C" when we got on Broadway I was like....OMG!! HOTNESS EVERYWHERE!!!! But me being myself, I didn't ask for any phone numbers A. I am too shy, B. they live in NY long distance relationships don't usually work out, C. I'm too shy. Anyways enough about that....Somewhere on Broadway we found a store that sold the Gatsby that I was looking for but they had a bigger variety of jars so I might pick another jar there next time. Along the way we went into a used book store, Mai said that there is a high chance of them having a UVERworld CD. BTW UVERworld is my favorite band. Music is a universal language so even though I can't understand their Japanese I can understand their beats and sound. Actually both stores sell CDs and I found the same one at both...unfortunately I technically already have the CD...so there was no point in getting it...However for the next CD I will wait untill we go to New York to get it.
Lastly we went to time square were we ate at a Chinese buffet. Some good food there and after wards we headed home.
When we got back, I showed my mom a gift I got her. It was an ashtray but it was in the shape of Green Marlboro cigarettes. She liked it and then I went to sleep for school.
It was a fun day and I can't wait for the next trip.

Sorry we found the gatsby in a store in Canal..and on a last note..I was very disappointed with the trip! We were in New York all fucking day and not once did I see Spider-Man...WTF yo! The group sitting next to us on the bus ride home saw him....I better see him next time and other Marvel superheroes too...God damnit its not fair!
